If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it.
If you are a young person who reached out through Rally, your conversation belongs to you. We do not publish it, sell it, or hand it to your school, your parents or a church without your permission.
The one exception is safety. If we believe someone is in danger of serious harm, we may contact emergency services or a crisis line. We would rather keep someone alive than keep a secret.
When you reach out through the widget: what you choose to tell us, and basic technical information such as the type of device and the time of the conversation.
When you give: your name, email, postal address and gift amount. Card and bank details go directly to our payment processor — we never see or store them.
When a church signs up: the church name, location, website and the contact details of the person who filled in the form.
When you join the email list: your email address, and whether you opened the update.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade or share it for advertising, and we do not provide donor lists to other organisations.
We do not share a student's conversation with a partner church unless that student has agreed to the introduction.
Only the services that make this work: our payment processor for gifts, our email provider for updates, and the crisis and clinical services we refer people to. Each one gets the minimum needed to do its job.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect someone from serious harm.
Gifts are processed by Overflow. Their handling of your payment details is governed by their own privacy policy.
We keep a record of your gifts because we are legally required to, and so we can send you a receipt for your taxes.
One update a month, and receipts when you give. Every email has an unsubscribe link, it works immediately, and using it does not affect anything else.
We use basic analytics to understand which pages people read and where they came from. We may also run targeted ads to reach young people who are looking for help; those platforms set their own cookies, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through your device or browser settings.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@rallycapclub.com and a real person will answer.
If you are a young person and you want your conversation deleted, say so and we will do it. You do not have to explain why.
Much of our work is with people under 18. We collect only what a young person chooses to tell us, we do not require an account, and we do not build advertising profiles of minors.
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and update the date above.

Restoring hope for the next generation through connection, care and community.
One honest update a month. What we built, what we learned.
